Ania Wood, MA, M-NLP, blends psychotherapy, NLP, and coaching—bringing emotional depth to coaching, trauma awareness to NLP, and a more human approach to therapy. Outside her work, she paints, gardens, and photographs. In 2025, she and her husband moved from Maui to the Azores with their three cats.

Gena Pinheiro is a raw milk educator, holistic health coach, women’s circle facilitator, and the wife of the farmer, João, at Âmago Wellness Farm. Born in California to Azorean parents, she weaves together her love of holistic health, sustainability, and ancestral foodways to create experiences that reconnect people with real food, tradition, and the living culture of the Azores. Together, she and João are also founding farmers of the European Alliance for Regenerative Agriculture.

Susana Caetano de Melo holds a degree in Fine Arts – Sculpture. She took part in a Creative Residency in Santo Amaro, Pico, where she developed a collection of wheat straw jewelry together with local artisans. Each piece she creates is unique, using a variety of braiding styles, patterns, and techniques, keeping traditions alive while adapting them to modern needs and tastes—from functional items to women’s fashion.
